Building on the most successful elements of the Creando Enlaces conference of January 2012, this two day conference will bring together librarians from Southern California and Baja California Mexico to further their knowledge and exchange ideas on collaboration, sister city partnerships, and programming as well as learn about the concept of analyzing community profiles to better understand the demographic makeup of our customers.
